Tuning forks energy healing

Tuning forks are something new to me. I was called to do some training and spent 5 days in Cornwall learning this wonderful treatment.

I came away amazed at the power of the forks, and having completed my 36 case studies, I feel very confident in applying these techniques in my practice.

All my case studies experienced some benefit and most received huge healing .Many had great pain relief as well as emotional healing.

So what are tuning forks?

Tuning Forks are tools that emit a specific pitch when struck, and as well as being used for music, they are used in healing therapies. Every sound and every frequency works at a different level to help with your healing process, providing harmony and balance within the body.

There are many different tuning forks that are used for specific purposes. They all resonate at different frequencies and make a different sound. Each tuning fork is designed to target specific areas of physical or emotional well-being, aiding in specialised therapeutic sessions.

What happens during a treatment?

This is an individualised treatment. It is not the same as a sound/gong bath where everyone hears the same sounds. These sounds are specifically tailored to you and your needs.

Although we work on particular issues, the whole person is treated, and this will support the body's energies to heal itself.

We will discuss your needs and issues - they may be emotional or physical or you may just need to relax. The tuning forks are wonderful for relaxation and stress relief as well as being absolutely amazing for healing issues with their calm vibrational energies.

We will then decide which forks to use. This is done by muscle testing (as in Kinesiology) or using a pendulum. Sometimes just one fork is used and at other times we use 2 or 3 together. These will always be individual to you though. This personalised approach ensures that the therapy effectively aligns with your unique healing process. By tailoring the treatment this way, we maximize the potential for positive outcomes and sustainable recovery.

Tuning forks can also be used to help balance the body, even if you have no symptoms. A balanced body is less likely to get ill. A regular session can often prevent many health issues from arising by maintaining overall wellness.

There is no need to remove any clothing, Just lay on the couch and relax and the tuning forks will go over your body, removing any stuck energy and replacing it with positive energy.

Sessions vary in length between 1.25 hours and 1.5 hours. You will also need to allow a short time to relax after the session

For purely relaxation a single session would be helpful. To deal with any issues a minimum of three sessions, reasonably close together, would be indicated. For a really deep problem, then a further three sessions may be needed. It would then be advisable to have regular treatments to maintain your balance and health.

Distance Treatments

Distance treatments can also be considered if in-person meetings are not feasible due to geographic constraints. This works extremely well and I have had some fantastic results from clients who have received treatments in the comfort of their own homes. The energy can go anywhere!

Tuning fork therapy is not recommended for anyone who

is pregnant
Has a pacemaker
Is epileptic
Has a deep brain simulator fitted
